英文摘要 | 结合薄层色谱法(TLC)和高效液相色谱法(HPLC),分析市售32种不同厂家、不同品牌以及同一品牌不同规格的蓝色签字笔油墨成分。首先采用正丁醇:无水乙醇:水:冰醋酸=6:2:2:1(体积比)为展开剂,用T L C法对32支不同产地不同牌号蓝色签字笔字痕分析,再以甲醇-N H4H C O3缓冲盐体系为流动相,流速0.8m L/m i n进行高效液相色谱分析。根据色谱峰个数,可将32种蓝色签字笔分成9类。; Thin layer chromatography (TLC) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were employed to analyze the components contained in 32 different blue gel pen inks in this study. The components of 32 blue gel pen inks were analyzed byTLC withdeveloping solvent containingn-butanol: ethanol: water:glacial acetic acid=6: 2: 2: 1. A better separation was archived using HPLC with mobile phases containing ammonium acid carbonate. The two methods are complementary to each other.
