山东省能源植物发展潜力及布局——以非粮土地甜高粱种植为例

中文摘要作为一种碳中性、污染少的环境友好型生物质能源资源,能源植物的开发、利用在维系能源安全、生态环境保护以及实现多方综合效益的过程中表现出愈来愈重要的作用。针对能源植物区域发展过程中存在的问题,本着“不与人争粮,不与粮争地”的生物能源发展原则,以山东省土壤、本研究以山东省非粮土地甜高粱种植为例,植被、气候、交通等信息为基础,采用地理信息系统技术,对山东省能源植物发展潜力及布局进行分析。主要研究内容包括:非粮土地利用职能变化前后,土壤侵蚀风险在时间和空间上的分布特征;基于生理生态因素的甜高粱非粮适宜种植道路通达性对甜高粱适宜区分布的影响等。区分布;通过对相关结果进行定量表征和分析,以基于生理生态因素的适宜区域分布为基础,以道路通达性等作为主要参考,对山东省甜高粱适宜区进行划分。研究结果表明:1)山东省大部分非粮土地资源土壤侵蚀风险较小,侵蚀模数在 1000t/km2·a以下,属微度侵蚀。从空间分布来看,山东省中部、中西部、东部以及东北部土壤侵蚀风险较大。特别是山东省中西部地区,多山地、丘陵,地形地貌因子侵蚀加速作用明显。从时间分布来看,最大土壤侵蚀模数出现在九月上半月,其次为六月下半月和七月下半月。从地形分布来看,坡度较小时,微度侵蚀风险占主导地位,轻度及以上侵蚀风险分布区相对较少;坡度较大时,侵蚀风险提高,且轻度及以上侵蚀风险区面积增加。2)山东省甜高粱非粮适宜区主要分布在山东省中部、南部、东部以及东北部。其中,高度适宜区主要分布在山东省南部,中、低度适宜区主要分布在山东省中部和东部地区。特别地,山东中南部以及中东部地区,交通便利、地势平坦、适宜区域分布集中,适宜规模化经营。另外,山东省北部分布着一定面积的碱蓬草甸区,且地势平缓,海拔较低,甜高粱种植有利于改善该区域土壤质量,并能有效地抑制土壤侵蚀风险。3)通过综合考虑甜高粱种植过程中涉及的生理生态、交通以及连片经营效应等影响因素,可以将山东省非粮土地甜高粱适宜种植区划分为三个适宜发展区和一个后备潜力区。即淄博-东营-潍坊发展区、济南-泰安-枣庄发展区、青岛-日照-临沂发展区和位于山东省中部的后备潜力区,旨在为区域能源植物发展规划提供科学依据。本文研究结果可为山东省甜高粱发展规划的制定提供良好的数据支撑,也可为研究分析其他种类的能源植物区域发展潜力提供良好的借鉴。
英文摘要As energy security and environmental protection have attracted more and more attentions, carbon-neutral energy plants which are also environmental friendly are playing important roles in achieving energy security, eco-environmental protection and comprehensive benefits.Depending on the basic strategy for bioenergy development, which is also described as no contending for grain with the person and no contending for land with grain, the article takes sweet sorghum in Shandong province as an example to show energy plants deployment. It systematically proposes an analysis on development potentials of energy plants on non-food land depending on the basic information of vegetation, soil, climate, transportation, etc. Following parts are included in the study, such as spatio-temporal characteristics of soil erosion, suitable area definition for sweet sorghum plantation on the basis of physiological and ecological characteristics and the effects of road access on sweet sorghum deployment. By using quantitative characterisations, it finally takes suitable area definition and ecological risk assessment as the basis and considers road access as the main reference and following conclusions could be drawn:Firstly, most of the non-food land has an erosion modulus less than 1000t/km2·a. Higher erosion risks are found in the middle, midwest, east and northeast areas in Shandong province. Especially for the midwest areas, great hypsography changes accelerate the soil erosion. The highest erosion modulus is found in the first half of September, and the higher is found in the second half of June and July. Meanwhile, minor erosion risks are found in accordance with lower slopes. And more serious erosions will be found if slopes are steeper.Secondly, there are plenty of non-food land suitable for energy plants development in Shandong province, and most of them are located in the middle, south, east and northeast regions. The most suitable areas are situated in the south regions in Shandong province, lower level areas are located in the middle and east areas. Higher road access ability are found in the south-central and east-central areas, along with preferable physiological and ecological conditions. In addition, large areas of suaedasalsa-meadow which are suitable for sweet sorghum plantation are found in the north areas with lower elevations and flat terrains. And sweet sorghum plantation will improve the soil behaviors.Thirdly, according the conclusions of the study and regional characteristics, suitable areas for sweet sorghum plantation on non-food land could be divided into three suitable regions and a potential base area aiming at proposing a scientific basis for energyplants development, such as Zibo-Dongying-Weifang area, Jinan-Binzhou-Zaozhuang area, Tsingtao-Rizhao-Linyi area and potential base area in the middle regions in Shandong province.The article will provide strong data supports for sweet sorghum deployment in Shandong province and also afford examples for regional development of other energy plants.
