英文摘要The nanoparticles, due to their large surface-to-volume ratio and favorable surface chemistry, are improving the separation in capillary and chip-based electrophoresis with higher efficiency, selectivity, and better reproducibility. The citrate-stabilized gold nanoparticles were taken to demonstrate the applications of nanoparticles in capillary electrophoresis. An important application of the gold nanoparticles discussed is a pseudo-stationary phase in the presence of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) for double-standard DNA separation. The challenges that are still required to meet the basic requirement for the nanoparticles for use in CE, include acceptable stability in a variety of electrolytes, discriminating interactions with the analytes, and equal mobility to prevent band broadening.; http://gateway.webofknowledge.com/gateway/Gateway.cgi?GWVersion=2&SrcApp=PARTNER_APP&SrcAuth=LinksAMR&KeyUT=WOS:000255996900028&DestLinkType=FullRecord&DestApp=ALL_WOS&UsrCustomerID=8e1609b174ce4e31116a60747a720701 ; Biochemical Research Methods; Chemistry, Analytical; SCI(E); EI; CPCI-S(ISTP); PubMed; 28
