英文摘要制备具有大比表面、适宜孔结构的催化剂一直是催化剂研究的重要课题之一.近年,氧化锆、氧化钛载体以其独特性能引起多方面的关注.然而,这两种载体不但本身比表面较小,而且在高温灼烧时比表面急剧下降,所以很难制成高比表面催化剂,极大地限制了它们的应用.本文提出一种制备高比表面负载型催化剂的新方法,它特别适用于TiO_2、ZrO_2.它是在以下两个想法的基础上提出的.(1)我们在工作中曾发现,将仲钼酸铵加到Ti(OH)_4中,经500℃、4小时焙烧,所得的MoO_3/TiO_2(MoO_3质量分数为13.0%)比表面可达133m~2·g~(-1).而用仲钼酸铵浸渍已晶化; In this paper, a new way to increase the specific surface areas of supported catalysts has been suggested. The results for MoO3/ZrO2, WO3/ZrO2, CuO/ZrO2, SO42-/ZrO3, NiO/ZrO2, Fe2O3/ZrO2, Fe-2(SO4)(3)/ZrO2, MoO3/TiO2, SO42-/TiO2, NiSO4/TiO2, V2O5/TiO2 etc. system show that the specific surfaces areas of the samples, prepared by impregnating some hydoxides then calcinating at high temperature, are much larger than those of the samples prepared with a traditional method-impregnating their oxides calcinated at the same temperature. Using this way, the specific surface areas of some supported catalysts can increase by serveral times. The surface areas of some supports such as zirconia and titania are not large enough, and they are easy to sinter at high temperature. In these cases, the advantage of this preparation method is fully displayed, and the specific surface areas of the resulting zirconia - or titania - supported catalysts can compare favourably with those of the catalysts prepared from some classical supports (such as gamma-Al2O3, SiO2). In addition, it has been proved by means of XPS, XRD, LRS and DTA that as an active component disperse on a support as a monolayer and its content comes up to its monolayer dispersion capacity, the specific surface area of the obtained catalyst would be the largest.
