英文摘要 | Thermoelectric cooling is solid-state refrigeration technique which utilizes electro-thermal transition to get refrigeration good. the bi100-xsbx alloys were prepared by direct melting of constituent elements, followed by holding 500 h at 550 k. the morphologies of the alloys were studied by sem. the thermoelectric properties of the samples were investigated by measuring electrical resistivity, seebeck coefficient and thermal conductivity at the temperature range from 80 k to 300 k. the merit figue reached about 4.3 x 10(-3)/k for the alloys of x=13 at 80 k. |
