英文摘要This paper reports the crystal growth and spectral properties of nd3+:sr2la0.667(vo4)(2) crystals. nd:sr2la0.667(vo4)(2) crystal with dimension 20 x 15 x 15 mm(3) was grown by the czochralski method. the segregation coefficients of nd3+ in nd3+:sr2la0.667(vo4)(2) crystal is 0.52. the hardness of nd3+:sr2la0.667(vo4)(2) crystal is 374.6 vdh, and is about equal to 5.0 moh. nd:sr2la0.667(vo4)(2) crystal has a large fwhm of 21 nm at 810 nm. the absorption and emission cross-sections were 2.6 x 10(-20) cm(2) at 810nm and 16.4 x 10(-20) cm(2) at 1079 nm, respectively.
