英文摘要 | Near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence imaging provide high spatial resolution and high signal-to-background ratio through deep tissues, which become a powerful tool for biomedical imaging. In this study, we found that heptamethine cyanine dye IR-780 had another emission peak in the 900-1,000 nm windows (NIR-Ib) in addition to about 800 nm emission peak. Furthermore, we tested the performance of IR-780 dye by performing NIR-Ib fluorescence imaging on leaf vein from Khaya senegalensis A. Juss. To our surprise, IR-780 dye produced a detailed image of leaf vein structure in the NIR-Ib window. These results demonstrated that NIR-Ib fluorescence imaging had important implications for biomedical research. |
