英文摘要 | Molecular imaging technology has been extensively applied in medical diagnosis, including MRI, CT, PET, ultrasonic imaging and near-infrared (NIR) optical imaging. Specially, NIR fluorescence imaging provides many advantages as a sensitive, economical, non-invasive, non-radiant technique for real-time in vivo monitoring of biological information. However, the utility of existing fluorescent probes for in vivo imaging is limited because they require excitation from external illumination sources to fluorescence, which results in a strong autofluorescence background and photobleaching. Chemiluminescence(CL) is the emission of luminescence as a result of chemical reaction without using an excitation light. Different from fluorescence, there is no background for chemiluminescence. In this work, we developed a new kind of chemiluminescence-generating near-infrared emissive organic nanoparticles by loading IR-780 and peroxyoxalate fuels together into lipid micelles, which showed great potential for in vivo H2O2detection and imaging. |
