中文摘要 | cucurbituril (cb) has emerged as a more and more important type of macrocyclic structure with applications ranging from molecular host to drug delivery, molecular machine, sensing, ion channels, gene transfection, catalysis and waste-stream remediation.1 the existing synthetic procedures with corrosive acids would inevitably cause environmental problems.2-3 herein a novel and environmental friendly microwave-assisted route to synthesize cb homologues in so3hfunctionalized ionic liquids (sfils) was reported (fig. 1). the effects of reaction conditions and ionic liquid structures on product distribution and yield were investigated. anionic groups of ionic liquids determine the yield of cb products, while cationic groups hardly influence the reaction. the ionic liquid can be reused three times without considerable loss of activity. moreover after the reaction, cb[6] products can crystallize spontaneously as water soluble complexes through this microwave-assisted route in ionic liquids. the complex structures were characterized by x-ray crystallography (fig. 2), along with powder xrd and tga. it was found that the tetrahedral anions from the ionic liquids are highly ordered and play essential linking roles in the stable cb[6] frameworks through noncovalent interactions, which is uniquely different from the disordered properties usually observed in the cb assembly structures.4 furthermore, the overall topology can be adjusted by the type and geometry of the anions in ionic liquids. |
