中文摘要selectice oxidation of methane to methanol is industrial significance. despite extensive efforts in the past decades, it is still a challenge in chemistry. compared to high-temperature conversion, metal-catallyzed oxidation in liquid phase at low temperatures (<250)seems to be a more promising route, because it usually gives a higher selectivity(>85%). we found that quinines (q) can be employed as efficient co-catalysts in the palladium catalyzed selective oxidation of methane to cf3cooch3 by o2in cf3cooh. in a homogeneously catalyzed reaction an electron-transfer chain was built based on three redox couples, i.e. pd2+/pd0, q/h2q, and no2/no. pd2+ was the catalyticallyactive center, oxidizing methane to cf3cooch3 forming pd0. the reduced pd0 was regenerated to pd2+ by q giving h2q. then no2 reacted with h2q to form q and no, which was reoxidized to no2 by o2. the turen over number (ton) based on pd2+ was 0.7h-1. in a heterogeneously catalyzed reaction over carbon supported pd(pd/c) an even higher ton of 86h-1 was obtained in the presence of tetrachloroquinone for the conversion of methane to cf3cooh3.
