英文摘要2μm激光波段处于大气光学窗口,并具有人眼安全等优点。因此,2μm脉冲激光器在测距、遥感、成像、光谱学和医疗等领域具有重要应用价值和前景。此外,2μm脉冲激光器也是实现3~5μm宽带可调谐中红外光学参量振荡器的重要泵浦源,近年来已成为国内外激光技术的研究热点之一。 本论文主要研究工作及进展如下: 1. 开展了2μm被动锁模光纤激光器实验研究。基于光纤介质非线性偏振旋转效应(NPR)以及碳纳米管两种锁模结构,均实现了稳定的孤子锁模激光输出。在基于NPR的结构中,实现了1944nm-1984nm约为40nm带宽的可调谐激光输出;在基于碳纳米管的结构中,实现了中心波长为1941.6nm的单波长锁模激光输出,并实现了调谐范围为37nm的双波长锁模激光输出。 2. 开展了2μm Ho:YAP声光调Q激光器的实验研究。首先分析选择合适的脉冲产生方式、泵浦方式,接着阐述Ho:YAP晶体的优势,最后用全光纤掺铥光纤激光器做泵浦源,端面泵浦Ho:YAP晶体,基于腔内声光调Q的方式实现了2μm脉冲激光的输出。该激光器在泵浦功率为78W时获得最高平均功率31W的激光输出,脉宽为45.37ns,中心波长为2117.9126nm,线宽为0.5450nm。激光输出光斑分布均匀,光束质量因子M2=2.01。 3. 初步开展了中红外光参量振荡器设计与模拟分析研究。基于OPO理论,对ZGP-OPO和BGSe-OPO的相位匹配曲线分别进行模拟分析。结合具体方案,数值模拟了输出镜反射率、非线性晶体长度等因素对ZGP-OPO性能的影响。; 2μm laser waveband is in the atmosphere optical window, and it is safe to eyes. Therefore, 2μm pulsed laser has important applications in the ranging, remote sensing, imaging, spectroscopy, medical treatment and other fields. In addition, the 2μm pulsed laser is an important pump source of 3~5μm optical parametric oscillator, which can achieve a broadband tunable mid-infrared laser. In recent years, 2μm pulsed laser has become a hot research field. The details in this research work are as follows: Firstly, 2μm passively mode-locked fiber lasers were experimentally studied. The mode-locked fiber laser based on NPR and carbon nanotubes were realized respectively. In the structure based on NPR, a tunable output laser with a tuning range of 40nm was achieved at 1944nm-1984nm; in the structure based on carbon nanotube, a single-wavelength mode-locked laser output with center wavelength of 1941.6nm was achieved, and then a dual-wavelength mode-locked laser with a tuning range of 37nm was achieved. Secondly, 2μm Ho:YAP acousto-optic Q-switched lasers were investigated. The appropriate pulse generation mode and pump mode were selected, and the advantages of Ho:YAP crystal were discussed. The output of 2μm pulsed laser was realized with Ho:YAP crystal, and the pump is all-fiber Tm-dropped laser with a 78W pump power, and the highest average output power of 31W was obtained. The pulse width is 45.37ns, the center wavelength is 2117.9126nm, and the line width is 0.5450nm. The beam spot is good, and the beam quality factor is M2= 2.01. Thirdly, the preliminary theoretical study on mid-infrared optical parametric oscillator (OPO) was carried out. The wavelength-tuning simulation results of ZGP-OPO and BGSe-OPO were analyzed comparatively. For specific scheme, the influences of output mirror reflectivity and nonlinear crystal length on the ZGP-OPO performance were numerically simulated.
