英文摘要We briefly report our recent effort on the conduction properties of single molecular double-stranded DNA. We use a simple model to calculate the electrostatic potential drop along an individual DNA molecule between the contacts in DC I-V characteristic experiments. The differential conductance is obtained analytically The calculated effect of potential drop to I-V characteristic is in good agreement with recent experiments.
