英文摘要Stress and mental health becomes a more interesting topic to researchers. A survey was conducted for a stratified random sample of 4872 respondents, which was consisted of manager, worker, community service, teacher, medical care, unemployment et al. The results suggested that there were ten factors consisting of 89 items, labeled as: social environment, work-loading, self-achievement, economic pressure, human relations, social support, family, housing, child-care, personal life. Evidence of construct validity was shown of association among SCL-90, BPOMS, GHQ. The result of multiple regression analysis revealed that total stress level had a negative significantly association with national standard indices of performance.
