英文摘要To observe the effects of Chinese Traditional Medicine Compound (Quqianling formula, QF) on impairment of learning and memory of lead-exposed rats. 60 rats were prepared by gastric perfusion with lead acetate (2.0%, 1ml/kg) and then treated with QF for 3 weeks. It indicated that QF could significantly shorten the average latency of finding the platform and increase the retain percent of memory of lead-exposed rats in Morris water maze test; moreover, QF obviously increase the average optical density of NOS positive cells in DG, CA1 of hippocampus. The results suggested QF could improve impairment of learning and memory in lead-exposed rats.
