英文摘要It was surveyed 257 layoffs and found 1. There were significant relationships between job-seeking frequency and both job-seeking self-efficacy and motivation control, 2. job-seeking support was a good predictor of reemployment status. The second investigation interviewed about 40 layoffs and also found that self-efficacy, job-seeking frequency and social support were important factors for reemployment. In order to help layoffs to be reemployed , a group work training method --learning through discussion (LTD) which focused on layoffs' job-seeking frequency, self-efficacy and social support such as networking was applied, which proved to be more effective.
