900Hz Single-Frequency Pulsed NdYAG Laser Based on RTP Phase Modulator

中文摘要报道了半导体激光器双端面抽运单频调Q NdYAG激光器。采用磷酸钛氧铷(RTP)电光晶体作为腔内相位调制器主动调谐腔长,实现单频种子注入,获得稳定的单纵模输出。采用另外一对RTP电光晶体作为调Q开关,在900Hz重复频率下,利用单振荡级获得单脉冲能量为7.5mJ,脉宽为14.6ns,线宽为45MHz的1064nm激光脉冲序列输出。激光束在水平方向和垂直方向的光束质量M~2值分别为1.30和1.36。输出激光2min的频率稳定性为1.1MHz,线宽稳定性为0.52MHz。在传导冷却结构中,实现了高频率稳定性
英文摘要A laser diode dual-end-pumped,single-frequency Q-switched NdYAG laser is implemented.Singlefrequency seed injection is realized by utilizing an RbTiOPO_4(RTP)crystal as the intracavity phase modulator to modulate the length of the cavity,which leads to the single longitudinal mode output.Adopting another pair of RTP crystals as a Q-switcher,the laser is capable of generating 7.5mJ pulse-energy with 14.6ns pulse duration,and 45MHz linewidth at 900Hz repetition rate.The beam qualities M~2 of 1.30 in the horizontal direction and 1.36 in the vertical direction are obtained.The frequency stability is 1.1MHz and the linewidth stability is 0.52MHz over 2min laser output.In conductively cooled structure,the output of single-frequency pulsed laser with narrow linewidth,high frequency stability and high linewidth stability is obtained.
