中文摘要	chitosan was subjected to gamma-ray irradiation in air. it was found that the -nh2 group is more sensitive to irradiation than the -nhcoch3 group, and moreover, the hydroxyl group increases with increasing radiation dose while the c-o-c group decreases, but no evidence for carbonyl formation was observed.
