| 英文摘要 | 目的 探讨厦门市P53基因rs1042522位点、MDM2基因rs2279744位点的单核苷酸多态性（SNP）与原发性肝细胞癌（HCC）遗传易感性的关系，为筛检肝癌高危人群，以及进行肝癌一、二级预防提供参考依据。 方法 采用病例-对照研究设计，抽样调查在2011年1月至2014年10月间厦门市综合性三甲医院就诊的肝癌患者和健康对照者。病例组纳入标准：根据HCC诊断依据在调查期间被首次确诊为HCC、年龄≥18岁、现住址与调查地属同一区（县）级范围、无任何其他肿瘤史的患者。排除标准：患有HCC以外的肿瘤，患有自身免疫性肝炎或中毒性肝炎，拒绝调查或由于病危状态而无法接受调查者。对照组纳入标准：...; Objective To study the association study between the polymorphisms in P53 and MDM2 and the genetic susceptibility of primary hepatocellular carcinoma among Xiamen population.To screen high-risk populations and provide references to the prevention of HCC.
