| 英文摘要 | 陈玺，西北政法大学教授，中国社会科学院法学研究所博士后。; 【中文摘要】《唐律疏议》对加役流犯之役期、减赎，及其身份限制等进行了系统规定。上述规则构成《唐律》分则诸篇加役流具体适用之直接依据。伴随社会变迁与法制演进，加役流的适用规则亦发生重大变化。加役流之适用范围渐成扩张趋势，其中尤以经济犯罪领域为重点。朝廷常以诏敕形式创制加役流适用先例，并为后世立法所遵行。囿于文献记载匮乏，就目力所限，尚无法捡得唐代加役流适用之实例。宋代加役流在沿袭唐代旧制的同时，适用呈现出鲜明之时代特征。 【Abstract】 Tang-Lv-Shu-Yi（《唐律疏议》）to make Jia-yi-liu（加役流） sentence has carried on the system of limited time, exemption and identity.
