英文摘要	曹剑波,厦门大学哲学系教授、博士生导师，哲学博士，教育部新世纪人才。主要研究方向为女性主义哲学、当代西方知识论、怀疑主义哲学、实验哲学、道德哲学、宗教哲学、心灵哲学等。; 【中文摘要】在哲学与女性的论题上，流传甚广的一句话是周国平先生的“女人搞哲学，对于女人和哲学两方面都是损害”。在周先生看来，一方面，女性因能力较弱不能胜任研究哲学，女性研究哲学会损害哲学；另一方面，研究哲学会损害女性的美。前者即能力偏弱说, 后者即损害女性说。这种“女人不宜搞哲学”的性别歧视论调，不合时宜；这种“女人不宜搞哲学”的论证，没有说服力。本文将结合最新研究成果，从“女性哲学能力并不弱”和“女性能直接推进哲学的发展”来批判“女人不宜搞哲学”这种偏见。 【Abstract】There is a widespread view on the issue of philosophy and women, which is Zhou Guoping's “if women do philosophy，both women and philosophy will be harmed”. According to Mr.Zhou, on the one hand, the weak ability of women is not up to study philosophy, so women's studies will harm philosophy. On the other hand, studing philosophy will harm women's beauty. The former is the theory of ability weak, and the latter is the theory of harming women. The idea “women are unsuitable for doing philosophy”，which is a gender discrimination，is inappropriate. The argument of “women are unsuitable for doing philosophy” is unpersuasive.
