英文摘要	杨熠,厦门国家会计学院副教授;张沁琳,暨南大学管理学院博士研究生;胡玉明,暨南大学管理学院、暨南大学管理会计研究中心、广州区域低碳经济研究基地教授、博士生导师。; 【中文摘要】生态补偿机制是生态文明制度的重要组成部分,生态补偿机制实施的效果是环境政策制定的重要基础。国内外对公共政策和市场手段这两类生态补偿机制实施的效果进行了研究,但缺乏生态补偿机制对企业微观主体效果的研究。生态补偿制度可分为公共政策与市场手段两大类机制。以排污收费和环保补贴作为公共政策的重点、以碳排放权交易和产品生态标志作为市场手段的重点,构建生态补偿机制微观效果的研究框架,将生态补偿机制效果的研究向微观企业领域拓展,有助于完善我国环境治理制度。 【Abstract】 Payment for ecological services is an important part of China's ecological civilization system, and the effect of its implementation is highly significant for the formulation of environmental policies. Policy tools of payment for ecological services fall into two categories-public tools and market tools. The consequences of implementation of these two types of policy tools are studied both at home and abroad, but there is a lack of research on the consequences for firms. Therefore,this study constructs a research framework evaluating the effects for firms, which includes the micro-effect of public tools with emphasis on pollution charges and environmental subsidies and the micro-effect of market tools with emphasis on carbon emissions trading and eco-labels.
