英文摘要	龚堂华，天津大学管理与经济学部博士研究生。; 【中文摘要】近年来，清廉程度对经济增长的影响引起了人们的高度关注。选用国际上公认的ICRG和CPI分别作为衡量国家清廉程度的指标，依据国际上清廉程度不同的国家1984—2012年的面板数据，实证研究发达国家和发展中国家清廉程度与经济增长的关系，可以发现，发达国家清廉程度与经济增长呈线性正相关关系。发展中国家清廉程度与经济增长的关系因不同国家之间的发展模式、政治制度和经济转型速度而差异较大。 【Abstract】In recent years，the influence of incorruptness to economic growth has attracted people's closer attention. In terms of incorruptness index we select the internationally recognized ICRG and CPI respectively. It is advantageous to have a unified conclusion from two sides. In terms of data selection， we select the data samples of wide coverage and span of years so as to have strong representative and persuasive. At first， we use unit root test to examine the stability of panel data， then use F test and Hausman test to select the type of regression analysis， and finally we take the appropriate regression analysis method to research on the relationship of incorruptness with economic growth in developed countries and developing countries respectively. It is found that in developed countries the relationship is a positive linear correlation and in developing countries the relationship is various due to the difference in development pattern， political system and economic transformation rate.
