Time:SEP 22-24, 2011.; In this paper, we discuss the possibility of using BIM into 3D indoor navigation in emergency response. We first analyze the functional requirements of 3D indoor emergency response, and then illustrate the workflow of transforming BIM into 3D, ontology-based, indoor navigation model, shortly as 3DOntoINM. Finally, we explain the algorithm and implication issues.
