英文摘要研究了约束在二维幂次型外势中的相对论性理想费米气体系统的统计特性,计算了系统的化学势、总能和热容等热力学量并通过费米积分给出它们的解析表达式,分析了相对论效应和正-反粒子对产生(简称“对产生“)对系统性质的影响.研究表明,当系统的费米能级达到与粒子静能相同的数量级时,即使在极低温下相对论效应也不可忽略;与此相反,“对产生“在高温下对系统的性质有显著的影响,但在低温下的影响可忽略不计.研究还发现,“对产生“使得系统出现诸多新的物理特性,其中包括化学势在高温下的渐近行为和热容在高温区随着温度的上升而迅速增大等.; Statistical properties of a relativistic ideal Fermi gas trapped in a two-dimensional power-law potential are studied.Thermodynamic quantities,which include the chemical potential,total energy and heat capacity,are analytically expressed via the Fermi integral.The influences of relativistic energy spectrum and particle-antiparticle pair production on properties of the system are discussed.It is shown that,for the system with the Fermi energy comparable with the rest energy of a particle,the relativistic effect is considerable even at very low temperatures.In contrast,the effect of pair production is significant at high temperatures,but negligible at low temperatures.Furthermore,it is found that the pair production results in some novel characteristics,such as the asymptotic behavior of chemical potential and the rapid increase of heat capacity in high temperature regions.; 福建省自然科学基金(2010J01016)
