英文摘要红树林是位于热带、亚热带潮间带的高生产力生态系统,是陆源重金属污染物入海的缓冲带。红树林增加了水体溶解性有机物(Dissolvedorganicmatters,DOM)和沉积物有机质的含量,对红树林湿地重金属源-汇效应产生深刻的影响。解析重金属在红树林湿地中迁移转化途径、关键限制性因子,以及红树植物对重金属的抗性,对于阐明重金属区域迁移和毒性有着重要的生态学意义。本研究针对红树林广泛分布的重金属污染物Cu和Cd,选择常见的红树植物秋茄(Kandeliaobovata)为研究对象,以重金属迁移的关键区域——根际区域为切入点,以施加Cu(0、30、60mg.kg-1)和Cd(0、0.5、1.0、2...; Mangrove forests are well known highly productive ecosystem in coastline and support numerous ecosystem services including dissolved organic matters supplying and heavy metal buffering.
