| 英文摘要 | 在实验生态条件下，研究了浓度范围0.1-20mg/L的有机磷农药（甲胺磷、辛硫磷）和重金属（Cd2+、Cu2+）及甲胺磷和Cd2+等毒性混合物暴露后对坛紫菜（Porphyrahaitanensis）体细胞生长、可溶性蛋白含量、叶绿素a（Chla）含量、核酸（RNA和DNA）含量、过氧化物酶（POD）活性的影响。分别于污染物暴露后的12h、24h、48h、72h取样，观察污染物对生理生化指标影响的时间效应关系和浓度效应关系，以探讨有机磷农药、重金属及其混合物对坛紫菜生长的影响及可能的致毒机理，了解有机磷农药和重金属对生理生化指标的联合作用情况。结果表明： 1）污染物暴露48h对坛紫菜体细胞生长...; This dissertation studied the effects on growth of somatic cell, soluble protein content, Chla content, RNA and DNA content and peroxidase (POD) activity in Porphyra haintanensis exposed to methmidophos, phoxim, bivalent cadmium, bivalent copper and the mixture of methmidophos and bivalent cadmium at concentrations of 0.1, 0.5, 1, 10 , 20 mg/L in experimental conditions.
