英文摘要	本论文分别于2010年7月~2011年7月在厦门筼筜湖和2010年7月~2012年3月在厦门西海域的大屿岛及九龙江口的鸡屿岛潮间带，应用高效液相色谱分离分析技术逐月开展了底栖微藻的光合色素组成、含量以及分布特征的研究，同时探讨了底栖微藻与环境因子及水层浮游微藻的关系，初步估算了筼筜湖及潮间带生态系统底栖微藻的叶绿素a（Chla，Chlorophylla）生物量与固碳量的贡献，取得如下主要结果： 1.底栖微藻主要检出岩藻黄素（Fuco，Fucoxanthin）、别藻黄素（Allo，Alloxanthin）、玉米黄素（Zea，Zeaxanthin）、叶绿素b（Chlb）四种特征光合色素，对应的底...; Compositions and concentrations of microphytobenthic pigments were studied in the Yundang Lagoon of Xiamen from July 2010 to July 2011 and in intertidal areas of Dayu and Jiyu islands in Xiamen bay from July 2010 to March, 2012, respectively, using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
