英文摘要	目的：测定代表中药枳壳汤剂抗抑郁促动力(A&P)的吸收成分，初步阐明其A&P特别是抗抑郁的作用机理。 方法：1.含量测定。运用HPLC/MS/MS测定枳壳汤剂在空肠，海马和前额叶皮层吸收成分；2.急性抗抑郁疗效测试。该实验包括枳壳汤剂及其吸收成分水合橙皮内酯的急性抗抑郁疗效测试。该测试包括强迫游泳实验、旷场实验、习得性无助实验和新奇抑制实验；3.水合橙皮内酯的慢性抗抑郁疗效测试。包括强迫游泳实验和旷场实验；4.离体和在体胃肠动力实验；5.抗抑郁机制研究和抗抑郁促动力的共性机制研究。包括水合橙皮内酯抗抑郁的机制研究，枳壳及其吸收成分抗抑郁促动力的共性机制研究。 结果：1.枳壳汤剂中新橙皮苷、...; Objective: First, confirmed compounds absorbed in rat jejunum, hippocampus and prefrontal cortex .Second, illustrating the antidepressant-like effect and prokinetic-like effect of Fructus aurantii(FRA) and the related compounds, moreover, clarifying the mechanism.Third, illustrating the antidepressant mechanisms of meranzin hydrate(MH) in forced swimming rats and chronic unpredictable mild stress ...; 学位：医学硕士; 院系专业：医学院_中医内科学; 学号：24520131153547
