英文摘要	目的：探究苯扎氯铵诱导C57BL/6小鼠干眼模型的最佳浓度，与局部应用苯扎氯铵对结膜及颈部淋巴结中炎症因子表达水平的影响。 方法：将60只小鼠分为6组，每组10只小鼠，在小鼠双眼结膜囊内滴入5μl不同浓度的苯扎氯铵（Benzalkoniumchloride，BAC）溶液（浓度分别为0.05%、0.075%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%、0.25%），每天2次(9am，9pm)，持续7天，诱导小鼠干眼模型，另10只小鼠作为正常对照组，实验过程中，所有小鼠均置于正常环境条件下（即温度23±1℃，相对湿度45±5%）。7天后应用酚红棉线检测泪液分泌量；俄勒冈绿染料（Oregongreende...; Objective: To explore the optimal concentration of Benzalkonium Chloride used in the induction of dry eye model in C57BL / 6 mice, and to detected the inflammatory changes in the ocular surface and cervical lymph nodes in this murine dry eye model.
