英文摘要	中文摘要 目的1、提取分离和培养尿源性干细胞(USCs urine-derivedstemcells)，并鉴定其相关生物学特性。 2、通过静脉注射盐酸阿霉素建立阿霉素肾病小鼠模型。 3、通过肾组织病理观察，检测生化，应用Westernblot技术观察USCs移植和胚胎干细胞治疗保护小鼠阿霉素肾病的效果，并对尿源性干细胞在阿霉素肾病小鼠中保护作用及相关机制进行探讨。 方法1、小鼠尿源性干细胞(USCs）的提取、分离、培养与鉴定:通过收集人尿液分离出尿源性干细胞，利用离心沉淀方法分离培养，体外纯化、传代，并通过成骨、成脂、成软骨和成软骨诱导及流式细胞仪表面标志鉴定这两种方法结合起来鉴定尿源...; Abstract Objectives: 1 .To isolate and culture rat urine derived stem cells and identify of its related biological characteristics. 2.
