英文摘要	目的通过流行病学调查，基本掌握厦门及周边地区行产前诊断孕妇（高危）及未行产前诊断（对照）的妊娠结局，并结合高危行产前诊断的孕妇的外周血及羊水中的重金属（铅、镉）暴露情况，评估对胎儿健康的危害。最后探讨孕期重金属（铅、镉）暴露情况对妊娠结局的危害情况。 方法利用问卷形式收集孕妇流行病学资料，同时采集高危孕妇的外周静脉血及羊水（妊娠16-24周之间）。应用MG2血液铅镉分析仪（分光光度计）测定高危孕妇外周血及羊水中重金属（铅、镉）含量。 结果 1.高危组孕妇（N=482）的流行病学调查资料结果：顺产有218例，占54.9%；剖宫产有179例，占45.1%。低出生体重儿26例，占5.39%；巨...; Objective Through epidemiological investigations and the latest outcome of pregnancy in Xiamen and the surrounding area for the pregnant woman who have had done prenatal diagnosis of the pregnancy (high-risk pregnant woman) and had not undergo prenatal diagnosis (low- risk pregnant woman), and explore relation the concentration in peripheral venous blood and amniotic fluid for the high-risk of hea...; 学位：医学硕士; 院系专业：医学院_外科学; 学号：24520101153317
