| 英文摘要 | 本文旨在构建在线全二维制备正相液相色谱（NPLC）与反相液相色谱（RPLC)联用的系统与方法。针对在线正相液相色谱与反相液相色谱联用中流动相不兼容的问题，设计了全新的接口装置。该接口装置包括正相富集单元、反相富集单元以及连接二者的正反相切换单元，其中正相富集单元采用了新设计的气流辅助吸附（AAA）技术，可有效地除去正相液相色谱中的有机流动相，并将样品富集于正相（硅胶）富集柱上；正反相切换单元用于洗脱正相富集柱上的样品，并将其转移至下一单元，该部分还负责正相富集柱的再生；反相富集单元为流动相稀释-固相捕集接口，能将第一维正相富集柱的样品洗脱液进行稀释后，富集在反相富集柱上，并进一步将其送入反相液...; A new on-line comprehensive preparative two-dimensional normal-phase liquid chromatography × reversed-phase liquid chromatography (2D NPLC × RPLC) system was developed for the separation of complicated natural products.
