| 英文摘要 | 随着科学技术的不断发展，在日常生活中视频监控系统的应用也越来越广泛。然而，现有的视频监控系统对于异常事件发现的智能化程度还不能够满足当今社会人们对安全性的需求，尤其对于某些要求安全敏感性较高的区域，如银行、军事基地、机场、化工厂、高压电区等场合，出于管理和安全的要求，需要对这些场合的关键区域或危险区域进行智能监控。 本文主要对视频监控中针对敏感区域所发生的指向接近、区域入侵、遗留物体和移走物体异常事件的检测算法进行了研究。首先，研究了如何在视频中提取出感兴趣的前景目标，对常用的目标检测算法进行了简要地分析和介绍，最终在系统实现中采用了背景减除法中的VIBE算法和混合高斯算法来分别检测运动前景...; With the continuous development of science and technology, video surveillance system has been more and more used in our daily life.However,the intelligence of the existing video surveillance system to discover abnormal events can not meet the security needs of the people in today’s society.Especially for some regions which require higher sensitivity for security,such as banks,military bases,airpo...; 学位：工程硕士; 院系专业：信息科学与技术学院_工程硕士(计算机技术); 学号：23020131153204 |
