| 英文摘要 | 和谐社区是社会和谐发展的基础。建设和谐社区是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础和关键，具有战略性意义。如何科学的分析和评价和谐社区对于和谐社区建设极为关键，因此本文将构建和谐社区视为系统工程，综合采用系统分析、社会管理学、决策科学、数理统计学等领域的思路和方法，以厦门的和谐社区建设为背景，对和谐社区的评价体系、信息条件下的家庭养老机制以及和谐社区几个子系统中的难点问题及对策进行了分析和研究。 本论文的主要研究体现在以下几个方面。 第一，对国内外社区发展的概况及和谐社区建设理论的探讨，从系统工程的角度对和谐社区建设概念、基本架构、主要内容、基本原则与目标、宏观定位和阶段性特征等进行研究和探索； 第...; Harmonious community is the basis of development of the society.
