| 英文摘要 | 当前，出版业正步入数字时代。Google、iPad、Kindle掀起了一波又一波的数字出版新浪潮。与发达国家和地区相比，我国台湾地区虽然具有全球领先的硬件技术优势，但数字出版产业整体发展较慢，受地域、市场、政策等因素限制，尚未能形成显著的规模效应。而我国大陆地区数字出版产业的年产值已突破千亿元人民币，市场需求日益扩大，初步形成了较为完整的商业模式和产业链。国务院总理温家宝曾说，“我们是兄弟，‘兄弟虽有小忿，不废懿亲’”。近年来，两岸关系逐步改善，经贸文化往来日益频繁。《海峡两岸经济合作框架协议》（ECFA）和《海峡两岸知识产权保护协议》的签署，成为两岸经济文化交流的里程碑。 在这一历史背景下...; Nowadays, publishing industry is coming into digital era.
