| 英文摘要 | 近年来，中国政府将行政区划调整视为一种手段，广泛地应用于对经济社会的管理。严格意义上的行政区划调整包括六种形式，而区域隶属关系变动是其中极为重要的一种。2000年至2003年间，中央政府文件宣布我国共有38个县级行政单位由其所属的省政府“直辖”，从而其隶属关系由地级行政单位划转至省级行政单位。理论上，更少的管理层次意味着下级政府享有更大的行政自主权，从而能够促进当地经济社会的更快发展。因此，发生隶属关系变动的这38个县级行政单位是否在变动前后体现出不同的区域经济发展水平，就成为本文关注的重点。综合运用t检验法、普通最小二乘法、双重差分法、倾向得分匹配法和最近邻域偏差修正匹配法，本文从横向和纵向...; The adjustment of administrative division has been seen as a tool widely used by the government to govern the society.
