| 英文摘要 | 休闲农业是指利用农村设备和空间、生产场地、农产品、经营活动、自然生态、自然环境、农村人文资源等，经过规划和设计，发挥农业与农村休闲旅游功能，增进民众对农村与农业的体验，提高农民收入，从而促进农村发展的一种新型产业。休闲农业作为产业的一种形式，其发展也会符合产业发展的一般规律，休闲农业又是一种依托农事活动而展开的一切休闲活动集合，这便会大量涉及因农地产权而引起的资产专用性问题。三十多年来，台湾依靠休闲农业创收，逐步实现了生态经济的可持续发展。与之相比较，大陆虽然拥有比台湾更丰富的休闲农业资源和更大的休闲农业市场，但其休闲农业发展却一直很缓慢，更是出现了规模小、规划乱、投入少、服务差等问题。运用资...; Leisure agriculture is the use of rural equipment and space, production sites, agricultural products, business activities, natural ecology and environment and human resources etc, with the aiming at improving the function of agriculture and rural tourism, enhancing people's experience and income of rural society.
