英文摘要	广义线性模型自1972由Nelder和Wedderburn提出来之后，发展至今已被广泛的应用到医学、保险、生物、经济和社会数据的统计分析中．我们一般认为广义线性模型是一般线性模型的推广，但已发展了上百年的线性模型它自身已具有一套相当成熟的理论，而广义线性模型无论是从估计方法还是模型检验，都与一般线性模型有着很大的区别．所以我们有必要了解何时可以用一般线性模型，何时应该用广义线性模型，以及同种情况下分别用这两种模型有何区别．所以前面一部分本文的主要内容是分别从一般线性模型和广义线性模型的定义、假设条件、估计方法和模型检验进行了比较．后面一部分，本文继续研究了广义线性模型近年的一些发展，如在广义线...; Since Nelder and Wedderburn proposed the generalized linear model in 1972,the model has been applied in medical science, insurance, biology, Social and Economic Data widely.
