| 英文摘要 | 对虾是一种广温广盐性的海产虾类，近年来我国对虾养殖的年产量超过百万吨。对虾养殖产业中细菌性和病毒性疾病严重制约对虾产业的发展。白斑综合症病毒（Whitespotsydromevirus，WSSV）是养殖对虾爆发性传染疾病的主要病害之一。因此对虾疾病尤其是WSSV的侵染机制成为目前研究的热点，病毒极早期基因在病毒感染宿主的过程中起着关键作用，对其进行研究有助于进一步揭示WSSV的侵染机制，为WSSV的防治提供新思路。本研究工作的内容主要包括以下几部分： (1)构建一系列wsv249的启动子249P-331的连续缺失突变249P-300、249P-275、249P-250、249P-225、24...; Shrimp is a marine species which culture not only in sea water but also in th freshwater,the annual production of shrimp in mainland of China has been over one million tons in recent years.Bacterial and viral diseases become severe and constrainted shrimp industry.White spot syndrome virus （WSSV）is one of the major diseases that seriously obstructed the development of the shrimp acquclture.
