| 英文摘要 | 水稻是世界上主要的粮食作物。香味是评价稻米商业价值的重要指标之一。由于香米具有很高的市场价值，因此水稻香味的遗传机制研究和香味的分子标记辅助育种技术日益受到研究者的重视。我们从引进的水稻种质资源中鉴定筛选出优质香型水稻品种象牙香占做育种亲本，但其香味的分子遗传机制尚不清楚。因此，本研究用象牙香占做亲本，分别与航2号、蜀恢881和桂朝2号进行杂交，建立相应的F2遗传分离群体，研究象牙香占香味性状的遗传特性，应用SSR分子标记对象牙香占的香味基因进行定位，通过对香味基因的测序比对找出香稻与非香稻品种间基因序列的差异，开发设计出可以用于准确鉴定水稻香味性状的特异性分子标记，为提高香稻品种选育的准确性...; Rice is a major food crop in the world.
