英文摘要以南方山地生态恢复替代树种长苞铁杉为研究对象,研究人工模拟低温、高温胁迫和增施外源钙,对其幼苗叶片的光合色素系统、叶片和根系的膜氧化产物、抗氧化酶体系的活性、渗透调节物、植物组织含水量和植物体内钙含量的影响,以期为长苞铁杉幼苗对温度适应的生理生态学研究提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)长苞铁杉幼苗在低温胁迫下能够保持良好的生长状况和叶片的光合能力,随着胁迫温度降低,可溶性糖、Pro、Ca2+和MDA含量大量积累,SOD活性下降,POD活性升高。(2)在低温胁迫下,长苞铁杉幼苗根系中Pro含量随温度降低而升高,Ca2+和MDA则呈先升高后降低趋势。(3)长苞铁杉幼苗的叶片和根系在低温胁迫下调节及防御...; Tsuga longibracteata is considered as one of the excellent tree speices for restoration in southern China.
