| 英文摘要 | 随着业务的快速发展，易联众信息科技公司在合同管理方面处于滞后的地位，面对复杂的管理经常出现差错，没有建立完整的编制、修改、完善和监管的制度，给企业的发展带来了诸多不利因素。为了解决这些难题，本文基于B/S模式设计和开发一款易联众信息科技公司的合同管理系统，借助SQLServer数据库存储产生的数据，进而帮助该公司对合同的拟定、审批进行规范化的管理。 本系统的开发采用面向对象的设计理念和思想，主要完成了以下工作：（1）分析了合同管理系统的开发背景及意义，并对国内外的研究现状进行了研究，确定了系统的研究内容；（2）进行需求分析相关工作，借助UML建模的方法完成系统的用例分析、角色分析、性能需求分...; With the rapid development of business, easy Lianzhong information technology companies in the contract management in the backward status, facing the complex management often mistakes, not to establish a complete preparation, modification, improvement and supervision system, to the development of enterprises brought many unfavorable factors.
