| 英文摘要 | 针对学校存在的众多安全隐患，结合借鉴已有的技术成果，本系统目标在于增强大学校园的安全性，本文系统地介绍了校园安防管理系统一期项目的实施情况，一期项目主要是校园安防监控系统。系统使用PostgreSQL作为系统数据库，使用H.264视频压缩标准。 本文介绍了系统的背景意义、关键技术、系统需求、系统设计、系统测试及实施。关键技术部分介绍了系统的设计开发过程中使用到的数据库技术、前端模块化技术、视频压缩相关技术、系统开发工具、项目管理方法等。需求分析部分从功能分析着手介绍了系统需求。设计部分介绍了系统的五个模块：用户管理、视频数据采集及传输、视频数据压缩及保存、视频数据检索、系统管理模块。系统的视...; For the existence of the school many security risks, combined with the existing technical achievements for reference, the target of the system is enhanced university campus safety, foolproof.
