| 英文摘要 | 随着政务信息化的提升，很多政务已经建立一批横向业务信息化系统及纵向管理信息化系统。但这部分系统仅仅涉及到各个部门自己的业务需求，没有考虑到联动部门间的信息交互，导致各个系统都是一个数据孤岛，无法实现部门之间的联动。信息资源共享与服务平台就是为了解决这一难题，实现政务内部各厂商不同时期提供的应用系统和异构数据源的集成，实现应用系统一体化，解决信息孤岛问题。 本平台采用了基于B/S模式的三层体系结构，界面层采用JSP技术访问Web服务器，中间层应用服务器存储以JavaBean形式表示的业务逻辑，底层使用Oracle11g数据库。信息资源共享与服务平台的推广运行取得了良好的效果，为实现政务系统间的...; With the promotion of government information, many governments have set up a number of horizontal business information systems and vertical management information system.
