| 英文摘要 | 随着创新和创业活动深入开展，各地高校的学生都积极参与了各级政府部门组织的创新和创业竞赛，涌现了很多优秀的项目。但是，由于种种原因使得这些项目在实践过程中出现了许多问题，与之前申请的目标发生了偏离，造成最后的研究成果达不到要求。因此，管理部门已经深刻意识到，必须采用信息化的技术手段来加强项目的过程管理，以有效地监督和督促学生按时开展研究工作，发现其中具有商业潜力的项目加以扶持，为社会创造更大的价值。 通过深入贵州省多所高校进行仔细调研，本文仔细分析了用户对系统的功能性需求和非功能性需求，并论证了系统开发的可行性，利用先进的工程分析工具软件科学地划分了不同角色的用例，建立了核心业务处理流程的模型...; With activities of innovation and entrepreneurship carried out continuously, many students were actively involved in different competitions organized by the government, where some outstanding projects would be found.
