| 英文摘要 | 现代信息社会对审计的冲击可谓是天翻地覆，国外先进的审计理论、技术、方式的大量涌入国内，对传统的高校财务审计观念以及模式产生了巨大的冲击。形式上和手段上的转变，传统财务会计已经从纸制帐到转变成会计电算化，审计也相应从手工查帐到计算机审计。随着国家经济的发展，国家始终坚持教育优先发展的策略，高度重视增加财政教育投入，各级财政的预算内教育拨款也相应增加，随着教育支出占财政支出的比重逐步提高，教育支出已成为公共财政的第一大支出。尽管教育部门在不断增加教育经费的投入，同时加强管理，努力把教育经费用好，但是当前教育经费的管理工作形式仍然不容乐观。 本文主要研究某高校财务审计系统的分析与设计，根据财务审计...; The invention of the computer enables the human society gets into the age of information.
