| 英文摘要 | 信息技术发展日新月异，使得人们获取信息变得更加简便、快捷。在互联网时代，各国政府都非常重视互联网技术的运用。近几年，我国各级政府部门基本完成了向电子政务的转变。随着计算机软硬件技术的发展及人们对视觉的要求不断提高，传统的2D平面图技术已经不能满足人们实际使用需要，3D技术快速发展及推广，迅速成为网站开发的新的发展趋势，因此，我国各级政府和企事业单位的网站逐步采用了Web3D技术。 本文根据实际需求，对一个税务局宣传与管理的网站的实现过程进行了描述。论文首先阐述了web系统设计的背景与意义，对Web3D技术的应用进行了分析,从功能方面确定了网站的基本模块，从技术方面确定了网站的架构，然后把网站...; With the development of information technology, people get information more and more quickly and simple.
