| 英文摘要 | 为了能够改善纳税服务的效果，最大程度地减少档案存储空间与费用，达到电子化存储纳税人的档案，以及利于对纳税人档案查阅的目的，笔者设计了某地税税务征管档案管理信息系统建设方案。这一系统的基本作用是以电子档案信息代替以往的纸质档案信息存储、查阅及管理。 本文首先介绍了税务征管档案管理信息系统项目背景以及目前国内外针对税务征管档案管理信息系统的研究情况。之后介绍了在设计这一系统的过程里需要处理的一些问题，且在分析实际情况以及使用者调研报告的基础上，对系统开发的相关的开发工具和技术进行详细的介绍，同样需要深入的涉及的还包括相关联的技术的背景，涉及的面比较广，包括档案管理内容的概述，后期选用的关键性的技...; In order to improve the quality and efficiency of revenue service, I design this archives management Information system for revenue Service.
