| 英文摘要 | 摘要 在我国加入WTO以及巴塞尔新协议在各成员国的实施后，中国的银行面临着越来越激烈的来自国内银行和国外银行的双重竞争压力。同时随着互联网技术和应用的不断发展及各企业经营理念的转变和管理水平的提高，大量集团企业客户纷纷提出资金集中管理、提高资金使用效率、降低经营成本的财务管理需求进而对现金管理也提出了更高、更便捷、更安全的需求。网上银行的出现，在一定程度上满足了客户这部分的需求，但还不能完全解决个性化服务、财务信息与银行账务信息的一致性问题，而专门面向企业网上银行及由其孕育而生的“银企互联”业务模式很好的解决了这一问题。 论文在调研分析的基础上，提出了满足商业银行业务需求的企业网上银行架构...; Abstract After China's accession to the WTO as well as the new Basel agreement on the implementation of Member States, Commercial banks in China are facing ever-growing competitive pressure from both domestic and international banks.
