| 英文摘要 | 目前，医疗行业的信息化的发展经过了第一个阶段，在信息化实施的过程中，各个医院的信息系统，医院的各个科室的信息系统各自为政，信息不能方便及时交换，普遍存在着“信息孤岛”的现象，大大浪费了医疗资源。当前这些信息系统已经不能满足日益需要的系统发展。 当前，医疗行业新的需求是医疗机构下的医疗资源和信息的共享。如何高效合理的整合、处理医疗信息，以及如何解决医疗信息系统中复杂的、分散的、异构的数据信息之间的交换、转换、共享，是新一代医疗信息系统的核心问题。为了解决这一问题，新的技术和架构逐渐考虑应用到系统架构方案中。 本文首先介绍了SOA架构和WebService技术理论知识，介绍描述了当前医疗行业信...; The first stage of information’s construction on medical industry have done, as a result, the information system distribute on different division, medical information can’t be exchanged and shared conveniently, it is a huge waste for medical resource.
